NPQ: Wreaths Across America: Is a Nonprofit Built on Conflict of Interest Still A Nonprofit?

On its face, it is a worthy endeavor, laying wreaths at the graves of veterans. The issue is that the family controlling the nonprofit also owns a for-profit company that, you guessed it, supplies wreaths.
