Gates to Obama: Don’t Cut Spending on U.S. Schools, Overseas Health and Poverty Programs

The Chronicle of Philanthropy reports that in a talk at George Washington University today, Bill Gates urged president-elect Obama not to cut funding for U.S. schools or for health and poverty programs overseas. Gates recommended reducing waste and inefficiency while continuing to support proven programs.
