Wired Article on Nonprofits’ Plans to Respond to Trump Administration Scrutiny

Wired has an article this morning entitled “The Trump Administration Is Coming for Nonprofits. They’re Getting Ready“ describing options that “liberal nonprofits” have been considering as they face scrutiny from a politicized and weaponized federal government:

“Options on the table, according to sources who spoke to WIRED, have included figuring out how to set up emergency funds, merging organizations together if one or more get shuttered, gearing up for potential legal battles, relocating out of the US, and letting go of 501(c)(3) tax status in favor of reregistering as a business.”
