NASCO Issues 2024-2025 Annual Report
The National Association of State Charity Officials (NASCO) has released its Annual Report on State Enforcement and Regulation for September 2024 to September 2025. As the report notes, it is not comprehensive but “is designed to provide and highlight a sample of activities for the covered period, not to encompass all matters addressed by all state charity regulators.” Here is the table of contents:
