ACLU Files Lawsuit Challenging Civil Investigative Demand

On September 8th, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita announced that his office had issued a civil investigative demand to the nonprofit Exodus Refugee Immigration Inc. On September 19th, the ACLU of Indiana announced it had filed a complaint in federal district court on behalf of the nonprofit.
