Ways and Means Hearing on Terrorism and Tax Exemption Today

Ways, Means and Oversight hold a hearing today on terror and tax exempt organizations. Except there is nobody on the witness list who knows a damn thing about tax exempt organizations. There hardly ever is because these hearings aren’t really about all that, are they? Here is how you can watch:

House Committee on Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (MO-08) and Oversight Subcommittee Chairman David Schweikert (AZ-01) announced today that the Subcommittee on Oversight will hold a hearing to examine the use of American-based tax-exempt organizations to finance antisemitism in the United States and terrorism abroad, including the role of foreign adversaries.
