Eleventh Circuit Hears Oral Argument Re: Fearless Foundation Tomorrow

We have previously blogged about the impact of Students for Fair Admission on nonprofits that promote DEI and work to eliminate the effects of 400 years of legalized racial discrimination. Jim Crow ended only about 50 years ago by my reckoning. Officially, I mean. Unofficially its still with us. Some reactionary conservative groups — still butt hurt that a Black man was a two term, sharp dressed President without scandal or a bunch of baby mamas like Trump — are making a last ditch stand to defend privileged ground. I have on narrow glasses, I admit, but the whole anti-woke, anti-critical race push is about that, and that a Black woman with south Asian roots is Vice President and could even become President one day.
Anyway the Eleventh Circuit hears oral arguments in American Alliance for Equal Rights, Appellant v. Fearless Fund Management, LLC, tomorrow. The case is last on the docket so I don’t know what time it starts. You can watch here.
