Weekend Read: Report Concludes that TCJA Benefits White folks Most

An article in the NY Times yesterday summarizes a report prepared by Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy.  The report concludes that President Trump’s signature tax legislation benefits the wealthy most of all and, since the wealthiest people in the country are mostly white, the Tax Cut and Jobs Act gives most of the rewards to white folks.
