Nonprofit Congress 2008 Annual Conference

The Nonprofit Congress will  hold its 2008 Annual Conference from June 1-4, 2008 in Washington DC.  Registration is now open via the Congress’ website.  Here is the tentative agenda.

  • 12:30 – 2:00pm – Luncheon Plenary “Our Generations: Weaving-Honoring-Creating” – This inspiring session will build on the concept of the Native American tradition of seven-generations. Speakers from different generations will share their story of how they learned from previous generations’ experience by honoring their wisdom and sacrifices they have endured. Their stories will remind us that we each have an obligation and responsibility to teach, train, mentor and allow space for those that follow in our footsteps to create and expand and leave our world better for the 7 generations to come.
