DAF Proposed Regulations Garner 163 Comments

Yesterday was the deadline for submitting comments on the proposed DAF regulations regarding taxable distributions.  There were more than 163 comments from sources as varied as the types of tax exempt organizations in America.  Next month, the TEGE Exempt Organizations Council and the DC Bar will host the TEGE Annual Exempt Organizations Update and Meeting in DC.  The DAF proposed regs and comments are on the agenda, among other topics.
