NCN Provides Update on Executive Orders Affecting Charitable Nonprofits

Earlier this month the National Council of Nonprofits has updated its detailed chart of Trump administration Executive Orders and other administration actions that may affect charitable nonprofits directly or indirectly. The updates include the status of litigation challenging some of those orders. The Executive Orders and other actions are organized into the following topics:
